Welcome! We invite you to a tour inside Tsune's house. This is a very rare opportunity to experience traditional Japanese houses, food culture, and daily life.
Let's take a look inside Tsune's house. Enjoy comparing it with the houses in your own country. The best characteristic of Japanese houses is that they are designed to keep you cool in the summer; an example of this would be the use of Tatami floors. The Buddhist altar and the Shinto altar are also worth seeing.
One room is used for many purposes, and the partition (Fusuma), can be removed to make it wider together with the next room. These features help make the typical Japanese house very convenient to live in - a good way to see and experience the wisdom of our ancestors.
"Traditional food culture" is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Chiba Prefecture is located in the center of Japan, so it is said to be the microcosm of Japanese food culture. Here are a few examples of traditional dishes.
Surrounded by the beautiful sea, you can enjoy the charm of Chiba, a place that is rich in nature, while watching the flowers that bloom all year round.Tour Shchedule - Choose one of them to apply
